Carmo Plastic Eyelet, 5 mm - PVC Natural (Box Quantity)

5 mm plastic eyelet with square shoulders. As with Carmo's other eyelets these are also typically used for hole reinforcements in advertising banners, tarpaulins and building wraps amongst other things.

The geometry and material used has been optimised for High Frequency (HF) welding.

Beneficially - the Carmo PVC and plastic eyelets will not tear out. In addition they will not rust and stain the material. These eyelets can be colour matched to the fabric and when the banners reach the end of their working life - these eyelets will make recycling of these PVC and vinyl banners much easier.

HF Welded PVC and plastic eyelets will fuse together with the foil and result in a joint that is significantly stronger and can withstand significantly higher pull forces than metal eyelet. This is especially true when working in mesh materials.
