Carmo Plastic Eyelet, 3/8" (9.5 mm) - PVC Natural (Box Quantity)

3/8" (9,5 mm) plastic eyelet with round shoulders. These eyelets are most commonly used for hole reinforcements in banners, tarpaulins, building wraps etc.

The geometry and material used in these eyelets is optimised for High Frequency (HF) welding.

HF Welded PVC and plastic eyelets will fuse together with the foil and result in a joint that is significantly stronger and can withstand significantly higher pull forces than it's metal eyelet counterpart. You will find that this is especially true when working with mesh materials.
Another positive difference between a plastic eyelet and a metal one is that the PVC and plastic eyelets will not tear out. In addition they will not rust and stain the material. They can be colour matched to the fabric and will make recycling of PVC and vinyl banners much easier.

Modified for operating temperatures down to –20°C, hardness 51+/-2 Shore D
