CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT : PATRICK PINKER

This month, today specifically, as I sit and listen to the chirps of six chicks I have hatched at home (10 more to come we hope), I am compelled to share our customer Patrick Pinker with you.

We sell to a wide variety of customers and always find it particularly interesting to hear from those using our material in more varied applications.

When the order came in for a roll of Black PVC (RECT3001) from Patrick Pinkers - I had to give them a call to find out exactly what it was they were using it for.

Turns out, that on this occasion the Black 350mym PVC was being used to manufacture, heated electric hen blankets....I didn't even know there was such a thing, but it makes complete sense for those that are hatching a big group of chicks.

The electric blanket keeps the chicks warm, as an alternative to the mother who would gather them under her during their vulnerable first few weeks.

Each blanket is made from high quality 350mym PVC sheet. All rolls in this range are of the highest quality, Pthalate free, unsupported and calendered making it an ideal material for this application!
